Refund policy

EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 72 hours from the time of delivery to request an exchange. Please inspect your item immediately upon arrival.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
* Unworn
* In their original condition
* Included with all packaging and the flyer
Damaged, worn, or improperly returned items will not be accepted for exchange.
To request an exchange, DM us on Instagram with your order number and the new size you’d like. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but exchanges are subject to availability. Items out of stock cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 24 hours from the time of delivery to contact us via Instagram DM for a refund. Refunds will be issued via Instapay after deducting return shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
* Unworn
* In their original condition
* Included with all packaging and the flyer
Damaged, worn, or improperly returned items will not be refunded.
Out-of-stock items are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds are processed within 10 working days after we receive the returned item, and funds are transferred within 4 working days.
If a return pickup is canceled or rescheduled multiple times, your order will no longer be eligible for a refund
